A few moments ago Senator Chuck Grassley released an updated version of his memo which substantiates his prior Criminal Referral, against Christopher Steele, to the Department of Justice.
Last Friday Chairman Grassley asked FBI Director Chris Wray to remove the prior redactions and declassify the underlying supportive documents; known as the “Grassley Memo”. FBI Director Wray did not remove all redactions; but did remove most. Here is the newest version (pdf link here):

Steele, the former British spy who is said to have compiled the Trump-Russia dossier, could have an “interesting problem,” according to Napolitano.
Napolitano said that at that time, the FBI was “conducting a fraudulent and deceptive investigation” of Hillary Clinton’s mishandling of classified emails.
He said the FBI and Justice Department fought to keep the memo from daylight and added that Steele’s mention as a “longtime FBI asset” may indeed have been why.
Napolitano said the United States, New Zealand, Great Britain, Australia and Canada have an agreement where they can share intelligence information with one another, but at the same time have sworn not to “cherry pick” which foreign agents they use for intel.
He said that if Steele was chosen to contribute intel to the American document while he was an MI6 agent, London could prosecute him for espionage.
“If before he left MI6, he was an FBI asset... [he] has an enormous problem on his hands,” Napolitano said, noting 2009 as a key starting point for his work with American entities.
He said the reason for the charges would be the fact that Steele then would’ve been a spy for England while simultaneously acting as one for the United States.
Napolitano said such conjecture explains why American agencies did not want the memo to be released.

Sometimes it's much much worse. This is true, no exaggeration: a couple weeks ago I was so sick of "deleted 3000 emails, acid wash, bleach bit, smashed devices with hammers" that I decided on his next show I'd count how many times he repeated it almost word for word. The next morning he hit the NINTH repeat of it during the first hour, THE FIRST HOUR, and I could no longer stand it. I haven't listened to him since.
I honestly believe he's a good guy who loves his country and supports our President with unflagging loyalty. Unfortunately, for me, he's completely unlistenable.
He wants his audience to think that he is the smartest person in the room.
I know what you mean.
But there are a lot of people who listen at drive time that still need to be convinced.
In that effort, let him repeat it as many times as necessary.
If Sessions had a once of honor he would resign. We are witnessing an attack on the Republic, and America’s Cop is absent. A Man of Honor would gladly step down, and let another Man take the ropes.
If it turns out that way, when this mess is all wrapped up it will be viewed as the biggest and most effective political sting of all time.
Glad to see others coming around to see the long game that Trump and Sessions planned from the start. As I reminded months ago, just follow the timeline and connect the dots:
-Nov, 2016: Trump promised Hillary during debate that his AG will appoint a "special prosecutor."
-Dec, 2016: AG Sessions recused himself and anti-Trump plotters were emboldened by apparent advantage.
-Jan, 2017: Trump nominated US Attorney Rosenstein as deputy attorney general.
-Apr 16, 2017: Trump interviewed Mueller for FBI Director - a job for which Mueller was then ineligible.
-Apr 17, 2017: Rosenstein appointed Mueller as special counsel to investigate Trump-Russian "collusion" and whatever else the evidence turned up.
Mueller's independent counsel team was a honey pot for high-powered anti-Trump henchmen to investigate a crime that was never committed. All the while, Session's IG had his microscope on the petri dish of plotters working on the government payroll in government offices and on government computers and telephones. I have no doubt that other plotters on the payroll at FBI and elsewhere have been known from the start, and that every word they have spoken or typed in the last year has been monitored. Trump didn't create executive powers or make the laws, but he will exercise and enforce them.
Great strategy often involves great deception. Be of good cheer!

Yup. Hannity talked non-stop for almost 30 minutes. His guests provide more cogent opinions than Hannity’s constant recitals. Quite frankly, we seldom watch his show anymore. He never lets his guests say anything.
Funny thing about Lanny Davis — surprisingly — was that he was a pretty strong defender of GWB when Democrats were attacking him.
I didn’t see Judge Napolitano but I may have seen a summary of what he was saying. Thanks for the great info!

I don't think that's it. Repetition is a huge part of advertising. Even to the point where someone gets annoyed with the ad it sticks in the mind of the listener. Rush trusts his audience to pay attention and "get it". Sean is driving home the point with repetition, ad nauseaum.
