Far more U.S. teens than previously thought are transgender or identify themselves using other nontraditional gender terms, with many rejecting the idea that girl and boy are the only options, new research suggests.
The study looked at students in ninth and 11th grade and estimated that nearly 3 percent are transgender or gender nonconforming, meaning they don't always self-identify as the sex they were assigned at birth.

The study is an analysis of a 2016 statewide survey of almost 81,000 Minnesota teens.
Nearly 2,200 identified as transgender or gender nonconforming. The study found that these kids reported worse mental and physical health than other kids, echoing results seen in previous research.

Dr. Daniel Shumer, a specialist in transgender medicine at the University of Michigan, wrote in an accompanying opinion article in Pediatrics that the study supports other research suggesting that earlier counts of the trans population "have been underestimated by orders of magnitude." He said that the higher numbers should serve as a lesson to schools and physicians to abandon limited views of gender.

There is no reason to identify as other than your given gender unless you truly feel that way inside your brain. So what is it in our environment the last 20 years to have changed our neurology this much? Because something is going on. It’s dumb to think kids do this as a fad. This is real.

I think there is more to it than just a fad, it is that however, Propaganda has a lot to do with it also like the ads with mixed family seen daily on television....the butchy wife with the dumb husband, even more troubling the ads begging you to live beyond your means....big homes, furniture, clothes, vacations....

Could be any number of things. Diet, trend, programming, toxins from pollution, fluoride, HFC, inoculations, microwaves, rap music, antibiotics, less contact with the soil, the Russians, Glutin, peanuts, fecal matter, cartoons, too many rats in the cage... gestational. The possibilities boggle the mind.

Agree as most recall Obama appointed Kevin Jennings as education czar. Jennings was a pervert with a history of pushing porn on kids. He clearly stated he was going to target young boys to be gay. Below is a 2009 article.
This may shock some people, but . . . kids lie to pollsters! My guess? If they put “kitty” and “puppy” on the list, the ones who choose from the LGBTQIAPK list would instead pick to be their favorite pet - and then laugh about it as the adults took them seriously.
There is also an element of perverts promoting their own sickness or trying to make kids more vulnerable to predators, but I think simple lying is the major cause.
Mentally ill kids have been indoctrinated into a culture of "cutting" for the past 25 years. Why wouldn't they also lean towards a culture of asking to have hormonal suppression of their sex traits when the dominant homofascist culture is encouraging them to do this to "be different and trendy"?
