Clinton Associates Fed Information To Dossier Author Steele, Grassley-Graham Memo Says
Breitbart ^ | 2-5-2018 | Kristina Wong

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Crime and Terrorism Subcommittee Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-SC) on Monday released a memo referring Trump dossier author Christopher Steele for a criminal investigation that revealed that a friend of Hillary and Bill Clinton fed information for the Steele dossier. According to Grassley and Graham’s memo, which is heavily redacted at the request of the FBI, a foreign source gave information to friends of Bill and Hillary Clinton, who then gave it to an Obama State Department official, who then gave it to Steele.

Grassley and Graham’s memo stated:

One memorandum by Mr. Steele that was not published by Buzzfeed is dated October 19, 2016. The report alleges [redacted], as well as [redacted]. Mr. Steele’s memorandum states that his company ‘received his report from [redacted] US State Department,’ that the report was the second in a series, and that the report was information that came from a foreign sub-source who ‘is in touch with [redacted], a contact of [redacted], a friend of the Clintons, who passed it to [redacted].

“It is troubling enough that the Clinton Campaign funded Mr. Steele’s work, but these Clinton associates were contemporaneously feeding Mr. Steele allegations raises additional concerns about his credibility,” Grassley and Graham wrote.

The Washington Examiner‘s Byron York noted in his report that Clinton associate Cody Shearer was in contact with Steele about anti-Trump research, and that Obama State Department official Jonathan Winer was a connection between Steele and the State Department during the 2016 campaign.

“Sessions isn’t going to move a muscle.”

I heard former Congressman Jason Chaffetz on Fox today make a statement to the effect that it was time to replace Sessions as AG. I had the feeling that it was deliberate.

The drumbeat seems to have begun.

I'm glad to hear he said that.

Many on the conservative right (present company excluded) have given Sessions the benefit of doubt for over a year now, and many have trusted that he's 'working behind the scenes' to bring the coup plotters to justice.

This, despite the fact that there's no evidence to justify such faithful support, and plenty of circumstantial evidence that points to his being entirely compromised and frozen in place by some hidden influence.

By refusing to do his job, and refusing to step down, he is effectively obstructing justice. He has to go, one way or another.

OK, Fedora and others. Teasing here - who is Jonathan Winer at the State Department? You get three chances to see which “Winer” this is.

As they said in the movie “The Thing”, (not Look to the Skies) but “Look to Congress”.

Let’s see if this is the same guy who worked with Moscow’s top asset in Congress. I’ll let you know if you are correct.

Sorry, I misread your post. I think that last possibility quite likely.

“I think that last possibility (that the FISC Judge was corrupt as well) quite likely.”

Well no public complaint was made on the first workday after the memo was released.

An honest judge might just be taking some time to write up a real stem winder. The wheels of justice can grind slowly, and it probably is wise to consider each step carefully, when dealing with sophisticated bad actors, like these.

After a week though, I will start to really suspect the judge, if he is not taking some action.

One interesting theory, is that Chief Justice Roberts (who has appointed all the current FISC judges, and is their only oversight) may himself have been compromised, as a result of Obama Administration surveillance abuse (purportedly about irregularities in the adoption of his children). If so, he might have been coerced into appointing some number of corrupt judges to the FISC.

It does seem that in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016; Chief Justice Roberts began appointing a string of judges to the FISC, who had been previously nominated to judgeships by Clinton or Obama (including Rudolph Contreras, who was just recused from sentencing LTG Flynn). That would be consistent with him being compromised in 2012 for the obamacare ruling.

Steele was just paid to be what spies call a “cutout” - just a false front, to make it look like the story was coming from a credible source, and hide that it actually came from Clinton’s campaign. This is a typical sort of intelligence disinformation operation.

I knew it. This is one of those trust your gut things. I've always felt this was cooked up by Hillary, Obama and their insider cronies. Sid Vicious would be a good suspect. Regardless who had the initial idea, I bet it was all uncorked within the Beltway and they used Perkins Coie to launder money to Steele.

Their reasoning is, as you said, "Steele was just paid to be what spies call a “cutout” - just a false front, to make it look like the story was coming from a credible source, and hide that it actually came from Clinton’s campaign." I also feel, when all is said and done, Steele is going to be the fall guy for Hillary and Obama. One of the fall guys. We need to press on and eventually indict Hillary and Obama.

All of the illegality, all of the facets of this coup, the twists and turns, all come from Hillary and Obama. That's why the Left is so desperate to either avoid these issues or outright lie and disparage the facts.

Truth will win out in the end. The persons promoting the lies, sedition, manipulation and treason need to punished. It's going to take a while, but we can all continue to research and spread new factual information.
