In order to effect these objectives, a two-part tactical approach is being utilized: (a) elevate Congressional oversight responsibilities, with a culmination in a summer long series of televised hearings; (b) with input from both the OIG and Congressional hearings, convene grand juries to issue indictments.
The timing of the latter fork should hit around the Sept/Oct time-frame. Since the propaganda media will naturally be part of the exposes, they should be sufficiently neutered in order to allow the reform message to dominate the electoral discussion.
Trump sweeps Congress, look for not only the wall, but voter ID as well. The progleft will be mortally wounded, and may take yet another 50 years to ever gain back any power. How will we teach generations not yet born to not repeat our mistakes of failed vigilance? Look how hard we have had to fight just to protect our way of life.

Trump built up the drama for the whole week before release that got a nutty Media and a deranged Dem party to go into total hysteria. If he had released it too soon, there probably would not be a “Memo release live thread” like one today. ;-)

Third party 'interpretation' of same, even if from a nominally conservative source, simply won't do.
