Hey, remember when Obama closed Gitmo? Remember how he couldn't stop telling us how great it was that he'd closed Gitmo? He actually listed "closing Gitmo" as one of his achievements. To him, making a promise was the same as keeping it. And if he didn't actually keep it, so what?
All because on January 22, 2009, two days after being sworn in, Obama signed the first of his many executive orders:
Before Obama even knew how to find all the bathrooms in the White House, he'd signed that executive order to close the Guantanamo Bay detention facility. It was that important to him. And, in an appropriate metaphor for his presidency, that order wasn't worth the paper it was printed on. Nine years later, Gitmo is still open. King Barry failed.

One of my favorite parts of SOTU address was when Trump explained how Obama released the founder of ISIS. Great stuff!
Ah, each and every day more proof emerges that the “smartest president in the multiverse” was really just a Muslim eunuch quota baby with the expertise of an unplugged toaster.
Which, of course, we all knew.
Even the MSM.
We will and with some unexpected inmates too.
Thank God for President Trump!
He was never at Gitmo:
Al-Baghdadi was arrested by US Forces-Iraq on 2 or 4 February 2004 near Fallujah while visiting the home of his old student friend, Nessayif Numan Nessayif, who was on the American wanted list at the time and studied together with al-Baghdadi at the Islamic University. He was detained at the Abu Ghraib and Camp Bucca detention centers under his name Ibrahim Awad Ibrahim al-Badry as a “civilian internee”. His detainee card gives his profession as administrative work (secretary). The US Department of Defense said al-Baghdadi was imprisoned at Compound 6, which was a medium security Sunni compound.[53] On 8 December 2004,[5] he was released as a “low level prisoner” after recommended for a release by the Combined Review and Release Board.
A number of newspapers and cable news channels have instead stated that al-Baghdadi was interned from 2005 to 2009. These reports originate from an interview with the former commander of Camp Bucca, Colonel Kenneth King, and are not substantiated by Department of Defense records. Al-Baghdadi was imprisoned at Camp Bucca along with other future leaders of ISIL.
What would be so ironic would be to have this Indonesian, British, Kenyan, half-breed, muslim POS locked up there with Hitlery as a cellmate in the same cell....forever. Oh, it would be so sweet!!!!
Closing Gitmo to Obama was just another box to tick off on his Muslim/globalist cred sheet.
That would indeed be sweet.
Except, Gitmo is missing one element that would make it the #1 most miserable place on earth.
Snow.
:-)
Have a Gitmo Reunion and invite back some of the Fraud’s BFF’s.
“...Except, Gitmo is missing one element that would make it the #1 most miserable place on earth: Snow. :-)...”
Yep. Being originally from Maine, I can wholehearted agree with ya on that one!!
But the heat there is unrelenting...especially with no a/c. Let em sweat!
In addition to filling it up, make GITMO prosecute again!
I’d take snow over heat any day of the week,I despise hot weather. :-)

My son cancelled a trip to Telluride last month because of lack of snow.
It’s been a strange winter.
.
I think the one thing it is missing is Hillary Clinton
LOL! Wait a couple of weeks and we’ll hopefully get slammed. But a friend in Montana says they got snow.
