So Mr. Wray, why have you delayed and stone-walled for 12 months?

“The FBI takes seriously its obligations to the FISA Court and its compliance with procedures overseen by career professionals in the Department of Justice and the FBI,” the bureau said in its statement.”

This statement is not coming form the Bureau. If it was then it would be a public statement. It would be official. This is coming from one or two players within the FBI. The Hill is twisting reality in that way. And so the fact that this entire story is just another Hit piece, becomes quite obvious.

But I thought the FBI director saw the memo said there were no factual errors in it and fired McCabe very next day. Who at the FBI is saying these things and why should we not be able to know from this article who at the Bureau said this?
It sounds like a last ditch attempt by Democrats to keep the memo under wraps or to dismiss it’s veracity so they can write articles about how biased Devin Nunes is.

Law abiding Americans have grave concerns about the DOJ
and FBI.

Had Sessions and Wray started cleaning up these agencies
of criminals months ago, this memo may not have been necessary.

Both Sessions and Wray stonewalled document requests for months.
And did nothing to clean up their agencies.

Release the memo and let loose the dogs of war.

“the FBI said that it has “grave concerns” “

You would expect them to say that when some of them are going to be tried for their criminal acts and sent to jail ( to jail if they are lucky).

Grave omissions? That’s why Schiff is writing his memo. Right?

the FBI was provided a limited opportunity to review this memo the day before the committee voted to release it," the bureau said.

It's 4 pages....how much time do you need?

So is this new source calling Wray a liar since a statement came out that the report was indeed accurate?

Well, I’m going to continue to be a dissident here and say the “memo” should not be released, or at least, not yet.

We are faced with a large and well-organized campaign of sedition against the lawful government of the United States. There are two possible ways to suppress the campaign and punish the malefactors, neither one of which has anything to do with Congress.

The first is what Lincoln referred to as “the ordinary course of judicial proceedings”.

The second, when “combinations too powerful to be suppressed by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings” arise is the army, or, more exactly, the militias of the several States.

A draft document naming individuals and ascribing guilt to them, coming from Congress, could amount to a Bill of Attainder. These are forbidden to Congress for good reasons.

Such a document could also tip off conspirators who are not yet aware that their roles and identities are known.

But worst of all, the document could prevent prosecution of the guilty by unfair publicity before the government puts its case in front of a court.

Now, many have said, rightly, that the DOJ/FBI can’t/won’t investigate itself, and that Congress is a backup.

But Congress can’t convene a Grand Jury, issue indictments, appoint prosecutors, arrest and hold for trial suspects or prevent their flight. It cannot try the accused, and it cannot punish them.

The one thing the lying Democrats have right is that this “memo” was created by the GOP staff alone. IF the memo could deliver justice, I wouldn’t care about that, but it can’t, and it won’t.

As such, it will become a source of endless partisan wrangling and will deflect attention from the underlying facts.

If Sessions can’t do the job, he should be fired. But taking care that the laws are faithfully exceuted is Trump’s job at the end of the day. It’s not Devin Nunes’ job.

If Trump wants to stay in office, he’s better get busy using all the forces at his disposal, including force if necessary.

Doesn’t the FBI have a spokesman?

If it doesn’t come from the spokesman or the director then it’s not “The FBI” saying it.

So now we all know the real reason for spiking the memo HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH NATIONAL SECURITY. Rather it is simply CYA by the FBI and every other agency that mishandled (that’s generous) the 2016 investigations of Clinton and Trump and submitted a FISA warrant request based on false info from questionable sources.

Since there is not national security reason to keep the memo secret it should be released - let the Dems release their own spin memo and the public can judge which facts make more sense.

The it is time to release it all...there is nothing “top secret” except for names of foreign spies(black them out)....all the rest has to do with how our government operated under Obama and we are a government for the people not for the “elite”. Absolutely nothing about this should be “classified”.

Their SOP is so obvious now that our eyes are open. They can take their dis-information campaign and peddle it elsewhere. And Wray, PDJT may have confidence in you, (he initially said that about Comey, too), but others do NOT. Quit buddying up with Rosenstein and be a Judge Jeanine, for goodness sake.

This thing has been seen, reviewed, discussed by unknown number of professionals, including the Director of the FBI.

Just WHO is making the complaint and

Just WHAT are the problems with it.

This is nonsense created by people who are rightfully scared. We should DEMAND to know what the problems are.
We know Shiff has problems with it. Is he the one complaining?

Wasn’t it just yesterday that two ‘senior officials’ at the FBI said there was ‘nothing factually inaccurate’ in the memo?

Watch for more silly semantic games.

Awe, the FBI doesn’t want us peons to know the degree to which The Deep State is weaponized against us.

The Deep State needs to be eradicated.
