FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe is reportedly stepping down.
NBC News Pete Williams broke the news on-air today that McCabe moved up his timetable for stepping down and is out effective today.
As Williams explained, this is happening sooner than anticipated.
McCabe has come under scrutiny from Republicans in recent weeks, including from President Trump himself:
You can watch Williams report above, via MSNBC.

Maybe he was escorted from the building so the two or three remaining honest `Serpico’ agents wouldn’t throw staplers at him?
Another rumor is that agents were searching his home.
Investigating Hillary their role was white-washing all the stuff she threw against the wall, so ... cleaners?
Anyone not comatose knows by now the FBI violated the Hatch act and the penalty for Hatch act violations is dismissal. They should yank his pension too. SEE: Lerner, Strzok.
Disgrace isn’t enough for these shameless political hacks.

He could be charged and convicted and lose the pension. That’s why I say immunity may have been offered.

If McCabe is on leave til March so he can get his pension and bennies.... I am wondering if he can still be imposed to do a lie detector examination while on leave... as non-employee he cannot.

Agreed. Huge difference. Stay saw the memo Sunday, tired McCabe the next day. The Nemo must be ramming and believable for Wray to take this action. Hope the committee is able to release it unredacted. Plus it’s been described as the tip of the iceberg so there’s much more to come. And add in Peter Schweitzer’s new book and the swamp is about to shrink.

Wasnt he going to retire anyway, or is this going to spoil that? He will get to keep his six-digit retirement. I think we will find out he committed felonies yet he will not go to jail nor lose his retirement. We will pay for that commie rat bastage to walk away smirking and go to the leftist Press to get another high paying job there.
