Tom Fitton: We sued back in September for the text messages of the number two at the FBI, Andrew McCabe. And they just told us this week, they gave us everything they’re going to give us, and not one text message was turned over. They lost all of Andrew McCabe’s text messages! I don’t believe it. There’s still gamesmanship going on.

Trump needs to make the swamp a campaign issue ad use abuses like this as his evidence. He can make a whole list of things that he can’t do anything about with Democrats and RINOs in elected offices. There is no reason why the entire Republican members of Congress are not loudly decrying this and other coverups by DOJ and FBI every day. If they did, even the press would ha e to take notice.
Is Judicial Watch sure that the corrupt McCabe used text messaging at all at work? Some people don’t but, instead, only use email.
Funny how these so called “honorable” people emails and texts messages just keep vanishing.
For the record Freepers, nothing is ever really “ Deleted” on the Internet.
The NSA has a copy of it Utah. Moreover, the Text messages are on the all the Servers they traveled across too. Meaning th Local Exchange Carrier most likely has it.
Ditto the CIA and even the FBI can get it.
They are just trying to fool the public and nothing more.
It most likely POTUS already has it. They are simply testing the waters to see how McCabe will respond.

Yup. Once the FBI got away with the absurd “magic bullet” theory, they knew they could do anything they wanted, even assassinate a President, and get away with it. After all, who is going to investigate it when they are the “premier” investigative agency.
