Even if they find them, we may never see them.
Trump needs to make the swamp a campaign issue ad use abuses like this as his evidence. He can make a whole list of things that he can’t do anything about with Democrats and RINOs in elected offices. There is no reason why the entire Republican members of Congress are not loudly decrying this and other coverups by DOJ and FBI every day. If they did, even the press would ha e to take notice.
Remember how afraid people were years ago that 'the Clintons' had a pile of FBI files they could use against their "enemies"? Well, the corrupted FBI HAS FBI FILES... AGAINST EVERYONE.
I suspect that's one of the reasons people are cowering - on both sides of the aisle. We can't count on the press - they're too easily fooled. The 'me too' movement is no more grass roots than the 'illegals' protests with their thousands of pairs of matching green gloves and hats. Matching but 'homemade looking protest signs' too... Does anyone ask who paid for those signs... gloves... hats? Who ordered them, from what company and how long ago? Nothing grass roots going on. Who arranged for the buses to bring them to Washington?

The FBI's been collecting compromising information on Republicans and Conservatives... for years. It started under 'the vast right wing conspiracy' lie - concocted by outside intelligence during the Clinton years it was the original justification for spying on Republicans. This is possibly deeper and worse than we can imagine.
