WASHINGTON — Rep. Joe Kennedy III of Massachusetts will deliver the Democratic response to President Donald Trump’s State of the Union address next week.
House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi and Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer made the announcement in a statement Thursday night. They say Kennedy is “a relentless fighter for working Americans.” The 37-year-old Kennedy is serving his third term in the House.

I can’t believe they’re gonna pitch him for 2020, unless as a presumed primaries loser getting name recognition for 2024.
But sure, trying the ol’ Kennedy magic after a to-them-dreaded 8 years of Trump seems like a possibility they would cultivate.
Most (alas not all) of their groomed presumed boy wonders of course flame out without getting close to a nomination.

Watch him go heavy on the Massachusetts accent to remind people of the Kennedy “Dynasty”. What a shock? He’s a Hahvud educated lawyer. What else would a wealthy, privileged white liberal have as a profession? Say no to Joe!
