In a real world, Rosenstein named in the memo would be the end of Mueller's investigation since Rosenstein appointed him. Not sure we live in a real world, though.

Maybe this is why the Donald seems so eager to testify to Mueller. Mueller may not be around to do the interview. Or at the very least, he will be a sad, sad panda by then.
