Neutron? I think it would be better to destroy their ports, rail, power plants and factories. Cripple their ability to import equipment and weapons, rather than kill people. But I agree about the lower yield nuclear missiles, limit the strikes for strategic purposes.

I love how in the article it is stated as a matter of fact that these small nukes could wipe out the NORKS nuclear capability with a small nuclear yield that would only kill a couple hundred people with the inference that hopefully one of those would be the fatboy himself.
Oh, if only this were true. My experience is that once the live firing commences anything can happen, good as well as bad....
They also edited the article at the end to say that these particular warheads have not been deployed yet. So yeah, more nothing.
