The FBI’s cellular provider can turn over the texts in a day’s time with a warrant, subpoena, etc. If they can’t, then the FBI colluded with Verizon, AT&T, or whatever, and things are even worse than we thought.
Texts are never GONE-gone for years.

My son-in-law works for Verizon, he is somewhat of a big dog. He says they can retrieve the text messages if Verizon accounts are involved. I don’t know about AT&T but assume it would be a similar scenario.
Lisa Page is a lawyer who was brought into Meuller’s Team in June 2017. She was brought into the Team due to her work on white collar Crime and money Laundering. No one has ever said when Page was taken off the team.
Strzok was removed from the Team in August 2017. Are we to assume it was because of these texts? Would Page have been left on the Team until Nov. ? Remember Manafort was raided in early July and charged in Nov. Just trying to get a few pieces of evidence here.
It would seem there would be 2 sets of texts that had to be lost. His and hers.
Also, I wonder if they can point to other lost data from other users during this period.
