The Senate voted 81-18 to break the filibuster and reopen the government.
Here is the bipartisan group that reached the deal..
Democrats had debated whether to trust Senator Mitch McConnells word.
The House will have to vote on any measure the Senate passes before the government officially reopens.

A few minutes ago Rush mentioned that youll never be able to find historical praise for the accomplishment of moderates.
Jon Tester in Montana voted with the extreme radical Democrat like Kamala Harris on this. Hang that vote around his neck. He is up again this year.
