The Norwegian Center Against Racism has criticized Prime Minister Erna Solberg’s newly-formed cabinet for failing to “reflect the population”.
Rune Berglund Steen, who is head of the NGO, also said the lack of diversity represented a “democratic problem”.
“Even Trump’s government has more people with minority ethnic backgrounds than the Norwegian [government],” Steen, who was speaking to broadcaster NRK, said.
Among the 68 ministers and secretaries presented by Solberg as she unveiled the new government on Wednesday, only two appear to be of minority background, according to NRK — State Secretary Anne Karin Olli, who is of indigenous Sami heritage, and German-born Rebekka Borsch. …

Too Norwegian, I guess.
Does anyone ever abject two China’s government having too many Chinese, or that the Saudis do not have enough foreign born members in their government? How about Japan, how many Turks are government ministers in Germany. It’s all so silly. The only countries who really don’t care about such things as those that don’t have much National sovereignty anyway like when Peru was run by a Japanese guy.

Former broadcaster Neal Boortz used to do this schtick where he would get offended by the cleansed phrase "the N-word" and would pretend that it stood for "Norwegian". He then read lyrics to a rap song and every time the rapper sang "n----r", he would replace it with "Norwegian". Funny as hell.
Would members of the Swedish Bikini Team qualify as diversity? They’re not Norwegian after all.
The ‘minorities’ they really want in government are of the muslim persuasion, and the ‘inclusive policies’ they seek will eventually lead to Sharia.
Of the remaining 8.5%. It seems to me to be reasonable to assume that half of those would be “ethnic minorities” (aka not Caucasian). So, the population of Norway is probably a little over 4% “non-Caucasian.
2 Ministers out of 68 is about 3%.
Based on their population demographics, it looks to me like the number of "minorities" in the Norwegian government is well within the range that one should expect.

Diversity = Trojan Horse
The Norwegian DNA results show a very unique combination of DNA which is similar to Sweden. It is because armies never crossed those countries, and no large invasions have occurred in the last millennia and perhaps even earlier.
Because of the mountainous coastline and fjords, numerous dialects of the Norwegian language developed, and the gene pool remained rather pure.
A bunch of busybodies who are always finding fault and never satisfied with western culture, IMHO.
So... no more whites in Norway?

You know...at some point in the future, we’re going to just have to pluck up some courage and say, “But we don’t want diversity. We like it the way it is.”
Hmmmm? I can think of other nations that have worse diversity issue!
