RINO Republican Peter King is now advocating a memo on Deep State/Obama administration abuses NOT be released due to concerns over national security
Members of Congress like Peter King are right when they say the memo might very well be a threat to security namely THEIR security as millions of outraged Americans come to realize just how corrupt and deceitful their government has become, and how that corruption was escalated ten-fold during the Obama years.
As of now, the document is being held under guard inside a secure room within the U.S. Capitol building an odd level of security given Democrats claims the memo is much ado about nothing.
Meanwhile, these same Democrats continue to push the fabricated shutdown crisis with significant help form their media cohorts in an attempt to make the #releasethememo controversy go away as the Obama Machine is said to be coordinating these efforts personally from its office just a mile from the White House.

When is the committee vote?
Can’t the President declassify it by executive order?
Some member found a 40yo law that if CINC lets 5 days pass without action after petitioned, it releases automagically.
Is Peter King mentally stable? He often does not look or sound to be.
The running threads seem to converge that it’s another hole the Dems are hoping our president will fall into. If he declassifies it, they announce “obstruction” and use that as the official excuse of the day for starting impeachment. Not worth the danger when the committee is willing to do it. If it’s true that they are.
Was not King the RINO who also
got rid of incandescent light bulbs?
How much money did he make off that?
The memo should not be released.
What we want is for the guilty to be indicted, arrested, tried, convicted, and punished. Releasing a Republican staff memorandum authored without minority staff participation cannot accomplish any of these things, and, whats worse, could taint any future prosecutions to the point that the bad guys get off scot free.
And the Watergate precedent is not a precedent at all. Whatever you think about Nixons engineered removal, the Congress elected in 1972 had every right to investigate a sitting President for the purpose of determining if the high crimes and misdemeanors standard had been met,
But Congress by its nature is not a law enforcement body. Congress cannot convene a Grand Jury, cannot issue indictments, cannot arrest citizens charged with crimes, cannot prosecute them in Federal or state courts, cannot pass sentence, etc.
And, if this memo is released, the minority staff will scream bloody murder, as we would do if the circumstances were reversed. And they would be right to do so.
I do not believe this coup attempt is over, and I believe it will wind up having to be ended by force. But Congress is no good at that, either.
If law enforcement can deal with this, it will, If it cant, we need the USMC. But in either event, Congress should sit down and shut up. They cant do anything useful.
He’s a New Yorker, which makes him a bit out of it to many Americans, though it’s been nothing than good in our president.
Didn’t remember that!
Okay, he’s crazy.
"In this highly recommended 30 minute interview with Joe diGenova, the former Special Counsel who went after both the Teamsters and former NY Governor Elliot Spitzer, paints a very clear picture of collusion is painted between the Obama administration, the FBI, the Clinton campaign and opposition research firm Fusion GPS."
Yes
No idea. But we’ve certainly had a lot of leaks saying that they intend to do it. Whether they really do or not.
we’re ready to instantly condemn anyone that urges simple caution before releasing this classified document that says we-don’t-know-what.
it seems like immediate uninformed condemnation is about all we we do around here any more.
But we do know that the Republicans in Congress who have read it have encouraged releasing it, so the discussions among themselves haven’t brought up any security problems that worry them. Of course, they don’t overly worry, do they?
The lawmakers calling for a the release of the document have pointed to an obscure House rule that permits the intelligence committee to release classified information deemed to be in the public interest.
Under that process, the committee must notify Trump, who would have five days to decide whether to object. If he does, the committee may refer the matter to the full House, which would then meet in a “closed” session, out of public view, to debate and vote on the request.
The pressure Gaetz and the others are bringing to release the memo is so great that there is little King and his Democrat friends can do to stop its release. End of story.
Peter King is a self serving traitor
Peter King, who made his bones in NY politics supporting the terrorist and Marxist IRA...
And which threads are those?
