Demonstrations took a weird turn early Sunday, when the Jacksonville Jaguars playing an NFL "exchange" game in the U.K. took a knee in protest during the Star Spangled Banner. They then stood for God Save the Queen.
Both teams owners tweeted support for protesting players, explaining that they were behind their athletes "100%."

Not like me. I will not be watching the Super Bowl for the first time in my life.
Nor will I ever watch the NFL again, ever.
Love it!
Knocked out of the semi-finals by the Patriots. Why is this SEPTEMBER info posted as if it happened today????
That was kinda the point of the post.
Stupid post.

OReilly: I want to address this comment to the NFL players today. And I know theyll get this. When the Jaguar and Ravens were over in London and they kneeled down on foreign soil and then they stood up for the British anthem
Hannity: God Save the Queen.
OReilly: I was angry and sad because I dont believe those players know what theyre doing. About 3,000 miles east of you, there are American military people in Kandahar, Afghanistan, whose entertainment revolves around the Armed Forces Network that broadcasts football games. Now I was over there in 07. I watched football games with them. Could you imagine putting your life on the line in Afghanistan and having just the leisure time and wanting to watch a football game and seeing your players disrespect the country and the flag on foreign soil. Can you imagine how painful that was?
Nope, that's why I need you to spell it out for me.........
Jax is a great city....too bad they have a football team that chose to take a knee on foreign soil....F EM...hope they never win another game and fold.
Read the first post. So he can virtue signal that he didn't watch the game and would one of us who is not as virtuous as gunsequalfreedom please let him know if the Jags lost.
Of course gunsequalfreedom already knew that they lost. He wouldn't have posted this five month old article if the Jags were going to the Super Bowl.
Thanks for the reminder
And we have just heard from a Jag fans.
Good!
Good for you. I will salute my flag twice for in the morning.
Jaguars lost. Karma?
If the Brits had any back bone, they’d have booed the kneelers, turned their backs on them and thrown trash on the field.
and what is a virtue signal? I’m getting old I guess.
LOL! Fortunately there are others here who are more astute than I.............
He is just an angry Jags fan. Said he was on another post.
