After just viewing the excellent video by Joe diGenova, I was struck with his comment about a FISA Opinion Report issued in April, 2016, or to quote deGenova:
"In April, 2016, the FISA court issues this 99 page opinion which I'll bet you didn't even know about until I talked about it this morning. This opinion describes illegal activity by the FBI, illegal activity by contractors, and it calls it the improper disclosure of raw intelligence about Americans to unauthorized individuals. All of those things the bureau did and the contractors were crimes. Now, this is a public document, it's been declassified. You've not seen a single story about this in the Washington Post or the New York Times."
The 99 page FISA opinion was new to me. I looked it up and there it is, from the dni.gov files, the .pdf:
US Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, Washington D.C., Memorandum Opinion and Order It was Top Secret/SI/Orcon/Nocorn. Some redactions but deGenova fills in the names. As far as I can tell, it was declassified on May 11, 2017.
Also, a copy at SCRIBD, The 99 Page FISA Memorandum Opinion and Order
Maybe a lot of you know about this but it was news to me. Thought of writing a bigger article on it but am just posting to get it out there for people that don't know about it.

I watched the entire 30 minute interview with Joe, and he comes across as eminently credible and unbiased. A guy who knows how these things work explaining it to the layman.
Those who have doubts need to watch. Tagline.
I just skimmed the PDF. Holy buckets.
I had heard rumors that contractors (Fusion?) were sitting at the NSA search terminal doing ‘about’ queries, but this is the first time I’ve seen it in a FISA doc (assuming this is real).
What is the most frustrating thing about this is every thing Joe diGenova is saying should be coming out of AG Sessions mouth, instead Jeff has turned out to be the best friend the rats ever had.
There will be hell to pay if we don’t have about a dozen convictions out of this.
If Bambi issued pardons then he needs to be in prison for conspiracy to conceal multiple felonies.
Just finished the video . Excellent Thanks for additional information

Absolutely! I hope Sessions sees the video. Am going to send to Trump and Sessions.
Thanks for posting this. I did know that a judge/court had been critical of the unmasking etc. Not a lot of detail and I did not have a chance to research it at that time. Then I forgot about it.
I’ll be checking it later. Would you please ping me, if you get an update or additional info? Thanks again for posting.
I forget her name, but a Judge on FOX, I think from Houston said there should be "15 to 25" convictions come out of this. BTW, deGenova's wife is Victoria Toensing, frequently on FOX with Sara Carter.
bkmk
For those pressed for time, in the deGenova video:

The info on the 99 page report starts at 16:50 with the actual mention at 17:20. Amazing.
The left already in spin mode. They got nothing! Let em' squeel!
