I remain hopeful, but until we have proof to the contrary, the DOJ should be considered rogue, and they are the only ones who can prosecute. Gaetz said the other day that Rosenstein should be arrested based on what he's seen, yet Sessions praises him constantly and has basically handed the DOJ over to him.

The Catholic Church has allowed cremation for many years.

There is some question as to whether a US citizen can be tried by a military tribunal. My current understanding is that the US has to be in a state of war in order to be able to so.
