I bought some similar wool socks from LL Bean about 1 year ago-———and the fabric was of a very low quality-—I returned them.
This was the third item I had to return to them for fabric quality,including a coat that cost $225.00———very annoying.
I have never shopped Bass but will give them a try with these socks.

Love it. I’m in NYC right now, on the UWS, where the “march” was held, and it was at first irritating and then ludicrous seeing all these privileged, well-off women (and pony-tail wearing men) trotting off dutifully at the bidding of the press to scream about how oppressed they were and how hideous their lives were.
I particularly liked one sign showing a Muslim woman in a hijab holding what was evidently meant to be a child killed by the evil US, with the sign, “Make schools, not war.” Well, obviously the ditz carrying the sign didn’t care to realize that one of the first things the Islamists did was to shut down schools, kill the students, turn the buildings into torture centers, keep women from ever leaving their homes under any pretext, and kill teachers of either sex. The US was actually rescuing them. But all of a sudden Islam, the most repressive, anti-woman cult in the world, has become the darling of the pussy hat crowd.
