Why are we afraid of racists? Racist people have no or little effect on me. My book Tribalism points out what will bring us out of misery. In Its OK to Leave the Plantation, I illustrate the only way out for us.
The idea that black folks must wait in the bushes until the elite black leaders and their white handlers stop all racism is foolish and unproductive. When will black folks be allowed to come into the light, join America and accept our role as patriots?
Now we are to be self-segregating, separating ourselves from white America as if we are a bunch of snails and white people are salt. I am not government property and dont need federal help in making people play nice with me.
What power does a racist have today? It should not be illegal to be a racist. Your racial beliefs have no effect on my income, where I live or which college I attend. I do not require the store clerk to like me when I shop. I dont care if the hotel manager does not want black people in his hotel.
We have overcome. We have changed, and racists no longer have any power. In the 1960s, my school bus driver used a racist term; business owners would call me names as I passed their businesses on Main Street; I could not defend myself because the cops and the courts were just as bad.

“The idea that black folks must wait in the bushes until the elite black leaders and their white handlers stop all racism is foolish and unproductive. When will black folks be allowed to come into the light, join America and accept our role as patriots?”
That will occur when “Black folks” quit electing N*ggers to represent them.
I don’t know if I’m allowed to “speak” on this issue, being white, but I lived through school desegregation in my state during the late 60’s. Barely educated children were placed into literate previously all white classes. One black child who couldn’t write anything but the word “and” entered my seventh grade class, but what he lacked in reading ability he made up for in determination. He wrote that one word all over every test paper. He tried. I have begun to wonder about his mother. That first year, parents were given a choice if where their children attended school, as the separate school campuses were still in existence. She must have been desperate for her son to have a chance, and he was not treated kindly in our class, I am ashamed to say. Another young man was given his “birthday licks” with a board, by some of the white guys in our school system. I wonder where they learned that.
I also remember separate entrances and waiting rooms at the doctors offices.
Those complaining of racism today have no clue what others endured to give them the opportunities African Americans have today, and they are squandering those opportunities on victimhood and gimme language, Obamaphones and reliance on the public dole.
He’s used a volatile phrase there: “Tribal chiefs.”
It turns out all humanity of any color instinctively gravitates to a tribal chief. The only real cure is to allow God that position. Jesus’ incarnation was a concession to this need. But failing this, or on the way to this, others may stand in.
This is why MLK Jr., spotty and checkered background notwithstanding, was so revered and missed. He aspired to something that obviously outclassed where he was. And so does the bumptious (admit it, he was and often still is) Donald Trump.
The answer to bad tribal leaders is good ones.
For what it’s worth — the “birthday spanking” is a bad old color blind custom, though the context where you saw it particularly highlighted how foolish it looked. It’s a dominance/submission game where instead people should be seeking to submit to a kind God only so they may stand in all else.
This dude is scary-accurate in his diagnosis of the poverty-pimp racket. I haven't seen anyone call out the political pastors since the "walking-around money" comment was leaked several elections ago. And his analysis is more merciless.
I have only one quibble, and it's semantic:
If we allow others to raise and educate our children, our children will be raised and educated to serve others.
I know what he means, which is that our children will be raised to be slaves of the godless state. But paradoxically, to do that, the state's system educates children to serve themselves--which makes them slaves to sin and selfishness, and to tyrants who make crazy promises. Bread and circuses train the people for totalitarianism.
Teaching children to serve others makes them masters over their own weaknesses and slaves of no man. I'm sure that's what Mr. Weaver meant.
Serving God is the key.
Now the person may be kind when it helps, and still push back when it’s a must. Pleasing the world the world’s way is also to needlessly waste influence.

Does this man have a television show? He needs an hour a day on FoxNews or someplace similar.
This is the crucial message that must get out. The mental enslavement of blacks by the American left is an outrage that cannot be permitted to continue!
This was entirely different - 4 or 5
boys holding him while someone else administered then blows. I remember birthday spankings. You were right this wasn’t the same.
Well once the idea gets started, there’s no telling how far it might go under the right (i.e. wrong) circumstances. I’d never want to countenance either if I had a say in the situation. Evil can be learned as a thrill. It coarsens both the giver and the receiver. The question is only “how much.” Add in overtones of interracial strife and it’s a worse brew.

Way to represent Free Republic, pal.
That's exactly the sort of comment that gives black readers the impression that this place is hostile to them.
“That’s exactly the sort of comment that gives black readers the impression that this place is hostile to them.”
But it’s the TRUTH! Hostile to them, damned straight! And FWIW, my Conservative Black friends echo what I wrote, because they know that Blacks as a group, have not accepted their duty to help our society to fix the things that are wrong! I am way, way long past the point where I give a damn about “Black Voters feelings.”
They need to step up and join society as a whole working to fix what’s wrong with America. Not White America, Not Black America, Not Hispanic America, just AMERICA!
Well heck... No time like the present. Welcome to America! Grab a MAGA hat and let's get this train up to speed...
Exactly. What do they have to lose?
While your crowing about what I wrote, you might want to watch this video Chris Rock made. Chris is just saying to his own people what I wrote!

It wasn’t What you said. It was How you said it.
It was patently offensive, and sure to repel any recent escapee from the liberal mind control plantation.
