There was an interview with the Queen on TV the other day, which is apparently kind of unusual, so I watched some of it. She was talking about her coronation and they had brought the two crowns she wore for her to discuss. She didn’t come across as intellectual as I had expected, but I guess she’s doing pretty well for 91.

Reagan was shot by Hinkley on March 30, 1981.
Both used 0.22 caliber weapons.
You would think that after Reagan’s near assentation that the New Zealanders would be a bit more careful.
Leaving an obvious hide like a public bathroom unchecked.
And John Paul II was shot by a moslem lunatic.

If the shooter was a Loon he was put up to it by the Soviets through an intermediary.
They lied for their own reasons. Things like this should remind everyone that government will always lie about things. The bigger the event, the more likely they will lie.
JFK comes to mind. Hinkley, a Bush family friend shooting Reagan comes to mind. The FBI and Russiagate come to mind. The list is long.

Yeah, a lunatic who happened the son of one of CIA director Bush’s biggest contributors and a close Bush family friend. And a lunatic who Bush couldn’t completely recall whether or not he had ever met before.

I am reading a book called “Elizabeth The Queen” by Sally Bedell Smith. Apparently there was quite a scare when a man fired off several “blanks” at the Queen when she was riding one of her horses in a parade. She calmed the horse like the excellent rider she is, and rode on unflustered. The man was tackled and arrested.
They also described the time where a man made it into the Queen’s bedroom and she calmly talked to him while pushing the emergency button on a night stand.
She is known to be brave and steady.
Says he doesn’t remember. That is one shady family, probably as bad as the Clintons.
