Chinese technology conglomerate Alibaba has recently tested a new artificial intelligence network that outperformed humans in reading and comprehending text.
The robot was asked each of the 100,000 questions comprising the comprehension test, according to Bloomberg. Its 82.44 score narrowly bested the 83.304 achieved by human subjects.

I am NOT a subject of anyone or anything.
Sorry, but the robot did not comprehend anything. It manipulated symbols faster than any human could, and with fewer errors, resulting in a higher score.
It doesn’t understand anything, just as google translate doesn’t understand anything, but just looks up words in a big electronic dictionary.
I don’t see how any robot could beat me in reading compression.
11:1 is pretty good compression. That’s what my Oldsmobile had.
