Kentucky gets a bad rap but I love it. People here got wise to the Democrat’s lies and the Rats will probably not get any power back (just stay away form Louisville). You would be amazed what property values are here and taxes aren’t bad. Fortunately the state isn’t viewed as a new age hot spot like North Carolina either.
Why does Kentucky get a bad rap. Sounds like a nice state.
I was going to say KY, TN, North GA, NC, SC.
In Campbellsville KY, for instance, you can buy a nice 3 br ranch on 5 acres for $230,000. Within 6 hours drive to the coast, Atlanta, St Louis, Nashville, Lexington, Indianapolis, etc.
Great outdoor activities and mild winters.
I agree,Kentucky, but south of Louisville. The east end is too liberal for me, and I live there. Parents retired to Munfordville. Check out the small towns. But you need to be within driving distance to Louisville. The Arts and the best medical care is in Louisville.
Gov. Matt Bevin is awesome. I can see him being a Presidential possibility in 2024.
My parents have been looking to move to Kentucky, and it is beautiful country. Agree with hardspunned’s recommendation to stay away from Louisville.
new age hot spot like North Carolina
Really?!?! :(
Where are the New Age hot spots?
Ugh, are there some good red state areas there outside of these hot spots?
