Well, I own a 1965 Pontiac GTO (145k miles), and a 1991 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham (270k miles).

Neither one is a show car, but each gets their respective jobs done in style! I may just keepem!

Use Amsoil petroleum products, and your cars will run forever!

With only 136,000 miles, I think my SLK230 is good for another 10 years.

My dad and I are restoring both of them. Dad saw an advertisement in Hemming for the Javelin, and dad saw the Country Squire in a lot. The wagon had a big dent in the driver’s door...the Javelin interior needs to be fixed.

Someone will still be driving your old Tahoe, years from now. That series of vehicles are some of the best GM ever produced.

My dad traded our 1940 Buick four door sedan for a 1951 Pontiac in 1954. I was ticked! Even though I was only 13, I loved that old Buick, and wanted to keep it.

When I started legally driving in 1957, I spent the next three years trying to blow that 6 cylinder flathead Pontiac engine up. Never did! For all I know, it is still running!

That Pontiac was ugly, but it was tough!

You have a first year panhead? Is it stock? I’m afraid to ask what it’s worth.

My Tundra is 14. Has 178,000.

The engine was finally well broken in at 120,000.

I expect 250,000 at 20 years.

Oh, and the water pump has been replaced. Nothing else, except scheduled service. Synthetic since 80k.

My guess if they cited all vehicles, there would be several US pickups.

Mine is turning 15yo in March and only 130k. Besides regular brake jobs and tune ups, it’s been far more reliable than my GM cars.

When we bought our first CRV in 2001 Suburus were highly rated by Com Rep. Looks like they have maintained the quality.

I don’t know about that. I’m still driving my 2006 Jag S Type. Only has 94k on it and I haven’t test driven a car yet that I like better. I’ve tried. Drove a new Lexus, Mercedes, and an Audi. I come out and say....yeah I like it but not any better than my Jag......and it’s paid for. Lol
Hubby has no plans to get rid of his 2012 Mercedes SUV.
We tend to keep cars if we like them though.
