If we had an opposition party when Obama did this they could have sued and stopped this like the states stopped the Kenyanesian Usurper’s second illegal amnesty for illegal aliens, DAPA.

I am really tired of the media and politicians telling us that the American people support amnesty for illegal aliens here in the US. We don’t, I don’t hear anybody out there other than on TV and in the media say that we should be giving amnesty to these illegal aliens. And if it’s just these 870,000 supposedly kids, that might be one thing, but nobody’s talking about the 3 to 7,000,000 people that came with them who we’re not kids. How do we make sure that any amnesty for those so-called kids, does not include chain migration of the people who brought them here?

Added to the wall, end to chain migration, and the visa lottery should be an end to the anchor baby loophole that really isn’t part of our US Constitution anyway and protection for American working people by mandatory e-verify for new and existing employees with very heavy penalties (jail time) and fines for those who get caught not doing it. It’s time to MAGA now!
Now I realize the dems would never go for all of this at once so the wall, the chain, and the lottery in phase one. Ending birthright citizenship, merit based migration, and implementing e-verify can be part of phase 2 but no one gets amnesty ever again. DACA allowed to stay with a green card to work but not vote and not get taxpayer benefits - okay. No amnesty!! Want to become and American citizen? Do it the right way like anyone else by applying. This is why merit-based legal immigration is so important. Just having a relative here is NOT a good enough reason unless you’re married to that person. One must bring something to the table just like we have to in order to emigrate to someplace like AU, NZ, the UK, etc. etc.

Dems never will agree to only green card status because they can’t vote in federal elections. Still, they can vote in local and state elections, so could still do some real damage.
