The unverified dossier alleging connections between President Trump’s campaign and the Russians was used as evidence by the FBI to gain approval from a secret court to monitor members of Trump’s team, this reporter has learned.
A large portion of the evidence presented in the salacious 35-page dossier put together by former British spy Christopher Steele, has either been proven wrong or remains unsubstantiated. However, the FBI gained approval nevertheless to surveil members of Trump’s campaign and “it’s outrageous and clearly should be thoroughly investigated,” said a senior law enforcement source, with knowledge of the process.
Multiple sources told this reporter that the dossier was used along with other evidence to obtain the warrant from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, known as FISC. The sources also stressed that there will be more information in the coming week regarding systemic “FISA abuse.”
“(The dossier) certainly played a role in obtaining the warrant,” added another senior U.S. official, with knowledge of the dossier. “Congress needs to look at the FBI officials who were handling this case and see what, if anything, was verified in the dossier. I think an important question is whether the FBI payed anything to the source for the dossier.”
On Wednesday, Sean Hannity said he has also independently confirmed that the dossier was used to obtain the FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) warrant from three separate sources.

Was there even a FISA warrant at all?
Did Steele even write the dossier? Since its a fraud, its reasonable to imagine that there were no Russians involved, and it was written by Steele, or else written by someone in Fusion. Steele may have been paid simply to sign it and lend his dubious credibility to it.
If Steele was paid thousands for the document, and Fusion was paid millions for it, in whose pockets did the millions wind up? That by itself smells like money laundering.
If FBI and Justice were complicit in getting the dossier written, as seems to me, then everyone on Mueller’s team are in legal jeopardy for an illegal surveillance of their political opposition. Hence, they have to Scooter-Libby someone or possibly face career-ending legal consequences. Or jail. Do you suppose Flynn would have pled guilty had he known what we know now about Mueller, his team, Fusion, and the other related scandals, or would he have opted to ride it out like Manafort?
Nunes negotiated the release of the FISA warrants and congress has already seen them. Now they are leaking. It all happened this week.

We all have suspected this for a long time. Now it looks like we have the proof. Next week should be interesting.
This is probably not the only time that the Obama administration used the NSA data to their benefit. They may have used the NSA stuff to blackmail Chief Justice John Roberts to issue the decision he did with regards to Obamacare. Robert’s decision that it was a tax and not a mandate saved the bacon for Obamacare. A mandate would have been unconstitutional while a tax was ok. NSA data probably got General David Petraus caught in an affair with the reporter that was doing a biography about him. This enabled Obama to get rid of the general whom he disliked.
Was there ever a FISA warrant in the first place? It hasn’t been produced. No one seems to have seen it. No one knows anybody who has seen it.

My evidence is that “nothing has happened”. No charges. No indictments. No response to Congress when they requested formal investigation. No response to requests for a special counsel. If you can’t figure that out you are not paying attention.

I heard Sara Carter and Hannity talking on his radio show today and they both said and hinted that something about the FISA document will be revealed in Congress next week that will be shocking and very concerning for some people in charge. Could this be it? That this Hillary inspired dossier was the key to get FISA warrant?
