A new civil rights act has come into force in Switzerland that prevents residents who have been on welfare in the past three years from becoming citizens unless they pay back the money they received to the state.

The Allahu Akbars ain’t gonna like this.
ML/NJ
What a wonderful idea.
I bet the Saudis or Kuwait will offer to pay for all of them.
The allahu akbars need to go back home and stop taking money from the infidels that they hate so much.
GREAT IDEA!!
Why hasnt an American judge declared this unconstitutional?
And the EU can’t stop it because Switzerland is not a member.
“Along with the welfare stipulation, the new act requires migrants to demonstrate a greater level of integration than before including making them prove they have a certain number of Swiss friends and acquaintances.”
I kind of like this one too but someone must tell the applicant that someone they raped is not an acquaintance under the new rules.
If this were enacted here, the socialist democratic party would dry up and die.
Here in the US, if it were up to me the DACA "Dreamer" anchor babies would be deported along with their parents, but since the President is willing to let them stay as a compromise, the very least they could do is put in a condition making the ineligible for any kind of state or federal welfare assistance.
Taking money from infidels is just a tax. It's Koranstitutional.
When has hatred for whitey ever stopped US blacks and other "minorities" from accepting welfare checks and food stamps that were mostly paid for by white taxpayers?
An isle of sanity in an insane continent!
Think of the billions of dollars we could save U.S. taxpayers if Uncle Sap would be as smart as the Swiss.
Swiss do welfare right.
Not too many years ago some states had a restriction on voting. If a citizen lived off the welfare of the municipality, the citizen could not vote.
this will no doubt keep out many African and Middle Eastern immigrants
Maybe I’m just being dense but...why? The article doesn’t say the ‘asylum seekers’ can no longer be on welfare, just that they can’t become citizens. Most are not that interested in citizenship anyway. So they stay on welfare and are not citizens. Big whoop.
Do we dare hope this small ember of sanity is just the begining of a real change there...or will it be snuffed out?
