The Centers for Disease Control (CDC), which I affectionately refer to as the Diseased Centers of Control, have conducted a study showing that black men make better parents than white men.
The study, conducted in 2013, came to light in a recent Washington Post article on the Post's favorite topic – you guessed it! – of racism.
The study was conducted by the CDC's Division of Vital Statistics, centering on how involved fathers are in the lives of their children. It found the following:
1) Thirty-five percent of white fathers who don't live with their children do not eat meals with their children, while only 31% of black fathers who don't live with their children avoid meals with them.
2) Seventy percent of black fathers help their children use the toilet, while only 60% of white fathers do.
3) Thirty percent of white fathers who don't live with their children don't play with them, while only 25% of black fathers who don't live with their children fail to play with them.
4) Twenty-nine percent of white fathers do not ask their children about their day, while only 21% of black fathers fail to do the same.
5) Forty-one percent of black fathers help their kids with their homework, while only 28% of white fathers do.
To put it bluntly, there is a crisis in the white community. It's the elephant in the room.
We have to thank the CDC for bringing this to our attention. The CDC are funded to fight diseases, but it's great how they take taxpayer money and do all sorts of creative things with it – like this study!

I don’t believe any science was actually used in the making of this propaganda!
What a farce. The cdc considers someone as a “better” father if they don’t have a job, stay at home with the kids, and generally assume the role of mother. I consider a man that works, financially supports his wife and kids, and is there for them in the evenings or weekends to mentor and educate as the better father. But hey, I’m just some normie, hetero guy that hasn’t been re-educate by the feminist progressive elite yet.

The problem is that in many families, the kid doesn’t know for sure if the man is his father or his uncle
I have read that illegitimacy in the black family stands at 85% right now.
You know how the critics of this information wish to approach it?

I suspect the Director of the CDC had a meeting with Obama who told him the main goal of the CDC was to raise black self esteem. Recently there was another study (seemingly from the twilight zone) that showed black women are the most educated group in America. That study was from a federal agency, the Center for Education Statistics.

Just learned the Center for Education Statistics is part of the CDC.
Obviously, the CDC study only included black fathers who could be identified and interviewed. This subset of the absent black father group probably are a pretty responsible data base. After all, if he is not in prison, and the mother knows who he is, and he will talk to a government interviewer, he is a pretty rare creature indeed.

Step 1 in being a good father is being a good husband.
Don’t forget affirmative action in the work place for white workers.
With such a small data sample size, how they could come to that conclusion is mind boggling.
