Willard has had a house in Park City for quite a while. So changing residency is not that big of a leap.
It would sure be nice to throw some strong conservatives into the primaries and make him go away.

Romney, 70, is viewed as a Republican elder statesman who could challenge Trump, whom he has called a “fraud.”
We need younger folks in the Senate. Someone in their 40s would be nice.
