In essence, the Clintons created the Russian angle out of thin air; and the FBI and DOJ used that creation as the legal underpinning for the counterintelligence operation.
The cointel op was always just a ruse for wiretapping, surveillance and monitoring of Donald Trump campaign officials.
If Hillary was elected, the entire counterintelligence operation just disappears into the ether. No-one would ever know about it.

“Inside Muellers crew, the small group essentially works to watch over what information the Trump officials or congress could possibly be discovering
. under the auspices of investigating Muh Russia etc. If the DOJ/FBI small group comes across a risky trail being followed, they work to impede, block, delay or deflect anyone from that trail.”

If only we had a Justice Department, some folks would be frog-marched like the low-lifes they are.

Nunes and committee have no teeth, they can threaten but will be ignored. Just like FBI/DoJ ignoring laws they didn’t like for years and years......

What number deadline is this? Are we up to 16 yet? That would match the number of UN resolutions that Saddam Hussein violated.

these fools may as well be talking to a wall. Their “threats” mean nothing.....OH for the days when they did....I am reminded of my father....if he said “Im gonna count to three...”, I would be doing what I was supposed to be doing before he got to “OOOOooooooone”
To: a little elbow grease
And if they don’t?
I predict a very sternly worded letter “to whom it may concern” nothing more or less.

Vegas Odds??? Zero chance the DOJ complies, in my opinion. First, they've gotten this far giving Congress the finger. Second, Trey Gowdy, who is close to Paul Ryan, was literally quoted by the WaPo saying it would "break his heart" if Nunes tries to pressure them. Third, the info is too damaging for them to release. Maybe that should be reason number 1.

What has sessions to do with congress?
To: TexasGator
"In 1857, Congress enacted a law which made "contempt of Congress" a criminal offense against the United States. The last time Congress arrested and detained a witness was in 1935. Since then, it has instead referred cases to the United States Department of Justice."
