We may lose his seat. Especially if, as rumored, McMullin decides to run as an independent.

Forty years ago when Minnesota had a governorship and two Senate seats up, the Republicans swept all three.
Anyone know Mike Lindell’s politics? He is a Minnesotan, understands business and entrepreneurship, and knows how to do TV.

You would have to elect a new one because Hatch is the current one. The President Pro Tempore is usually always the senior member of the majority party (though not by rule but by tradition). In this case it would be Thad Cochran assuming he does not resign by then - next in line would be Chuck Grassley.

He voted in the Utah caucuses last year. Apparently, the family has had a “second” home there for a while.

A (relatively) conservative black female Republican. Way to make liberals’ heads spin and then explode.

Name me something the guy said...and better yet did...besides taking his check... The major historic tax reform bill that just went through and his blasting Sherrod Brown to pieces? Him suspending the rules to get Trump cabinet nominees through after the Dems thought they could block it by not showing up to meetings? Etc.
I can think of a lot of things I don't like as well...but your comment of yours it out of place. I don't think you missed the passage and signing of tax reform and all of the theatrics that were the top headlines for weeks.

Hatch is going to back Mitt 100% Why not? They're both sagging old RINOs.

true...but her House seat would be vulnerable if left open and we really don’t need to have more open House seats in a midterm.
To: bIlluminati
Right...never say never. An open seat is never off the cards. Republicans of any stripe should also have “never” won that Massachusetts Senate race several years back, nor that NYC Congressional seat after Weiner resigned...but they did.

Huntsman is a RINO like Mittens. Maybe the best thing is if they both run and so does ONE conservative.

Hatch doesn’t know where he’s living. He’s as alert as Thad Cochran.

Hatch is better than Romney, but that isn’t saying much. I’d even prefer that RINO Bennett to Mittens.

Well....I'm looking at the whole of his "work"...
And it's void and glaringly lacking...He was there for 30 plus years...and what really had he done? But suck up to Teddy Kennedy and the rest of of the leftist's,,,,,
I understand people will think he was grand..and great.
But I don't see it...and I never will.
So I think what I will....and you will think what you will.
