Washington (CNN) - In his first tweet of the new year President Donald Trump slammed Pakistan, saying the country has given the US nothing but "lies and deceit."

"The United States has foolishly given Pakistan more than 33 billion dollars in aid over the last 15 years, and they have given us nothing but lies & deceit, thinking of our leaders as fools," Trump tweeted Monday morning. "They give safe haven to the terrorists we hunt in Afghanistan, with little help. No more!"

The New York Times reported last week that the US might withhold $225 million in aid to Pakistan because of Trump's frustration over its handling of terrorists in the country. White House officials met to decide whether to cancel the aid, the Times reported.

The commander of the NATO-led coalition in Afghanistan, US Army Gen. John Nicholson, said in November that Pakistan had not changed its behavior since Trump announced his new policy for Afghanistan and the wider region, which specifically calls on Pakistan to do more.

It has recently emerged that Pakistani national (and leading House Democrat IT) Imran Awan---suspected of stealing US intel---had a secret email address, 123@mail.house.gov, that was not turned off when he and the crew were banned from computer use by Capitol Hill police.

NOTE WELL Imran's secret email address used the name of an employee for Rep. Andre Carson, a Muslim in Congress, who specializes in US intelligence matters, according to court documents.

Imran and Carson were observed playing video games in Carson's office. One savvy freeper says it it possible to send intel surreptitiously using video games.

===========================================

Muslim Democrat Cong Andre Carson's Congressional Committee seats

NOTE--The DNC places a price on these committees---Congressman wishing to be placed on the committee pay up front. Where did Muslim Carson get the money to get on these highly sensitive committees?

Is Carson funneling Islamic cash into the DNC?

This is not an attempt to disrespect Trump’s actions. Only he knows what his true intent and objectives are here. I can only wait to see how this plays out, and explain what I see as the dynamic in Pakistan.

Simply cutting off funds, may or may not help the situation. Again, I don’t know what the real plan is, or what the short/long term goals are.

Pakistan has a very problematic government. It also has a large terrorist faction within it’s borders. We know the government hasn’t been as helpful as it could have been rendering the terrorist contingent neutered, so we know the government is a serious problem.

Add to this dynamic the reality that Pakistan is a nuclear armed nation. Of course we are concerned with government actions, but we also have to consider if the Taliban would be a safer owner of those nuclear weapons.

Again, add to all this the fact that Pakistan has been an aggressor to India. It allows it’s Muslim populace to harm Indian interests, and conducts activities on it’s own to harm Indian interests.

When confronted India rightly reacts to Pakistani provocation, and is presented with a nuclear threat in return. Up until 12-15 years ago, the two nations seemed headed for a nuclear conflict. Several times they came very close to open nuclear hostility towards one another.

One of the dynamics of the war against terrorism, was the fact that we developed better relations with Pakistan. As soon as we did the talk of nuclear war was silenced. We brought a certain level of peace to that region. We can point to the strife there accurately, but the 600 pound gorilla in the room, was the possibility of nuclear war, millions of people (perhaps tens of them) dead in mere moments.

While those relations were better than what we had before, they were still not the level of relations we wanted and deserved, considering we were willing to help Pakistan stave off a Taliban takeover.

So what does cutting off aid to Pakistan accomplish. It may be only a temporary ploy to get it to wake up. It may be a negotiating tool.

One last dynamic in play here, is China’s intransigence against Iran. It wouldn’t be too hard to conceive of China being thrilled to see the U. S. leave a vacuum in Pakistan, which China would love to fill. It may very well be that Pakistan has been implementing desires expressed to it by the Chinese government already.

Pakistan going hot would put India between two nations licking their lips at the vision of it’s carcass.

It is not a simple dynamic in Pakistan.

There’s much to think about, and our strategic interests are at stake.

A strong India is not China’s goal. It is ours.

We basically pay Pakistan not to export one of its nukes to a nation that would use it on us. Trump is betting they won’t.

We paid and still they give nuke tech to the NORKs.

This is the art of the deal. Make an outrageous demand, then when the compromise is achieved everyone is happy.

Pakistan’s ISI created the Taliban.
Pakistan’s madrassas provided the fighters.
Pakistan was hiding Osama bin Laden.
When was Pakistan an ally?

Brocko the Kid visited pakistan long ago. Why? Under what auspices? Under what passport? Where is the record of it?

Inquiring minds want to know.

I remember Bush being so scared of telling the truth about Porkistan. He feared that we would lose their help in the Afghan war. But exactly what did they provide us? Then hid Bin Laden and his minions from us. They still hide all kinds of crazy terrorists in their country.

Mullah Barry also will not say anything bad about Porkistan even after we found Bin Laden in that country.

Good that Trump told the truth boldly and loudly. Why are we giving a lot of our money to a country that hides and protects terrorists. We have so much need in this country for that money.
