I have a friend exactly like that - I used to take it as a personal insult, like she considered her time more valuable than mine. Then I read an article that there is a category of late people who are not trying to diss anyone; they truly think they can fit in more to a certain time slot than is appropriate, then they are always surprised it doesn’t work and they are late to the next thing. It’s like a mental defect. And then she does not seem to have the same shame that I do if I’m late to something - we once had to drive 30 minutes away to an exclusive cooking class which we were late to because of her - of course everybody stared at us when we walked in and I was mortified, her attitude was, “Oh, we weren’t that late!”
It’s truly a different mindset that will never change.
Trump likely gave them the week or two off to go home to their families and get ready for next year. He has a full sail behind him now and can make some real progress.
Today he dumped the tunnel boondoggle in NJ and hopefully take care of the one out here in Oregon to the tune of $5 Billion Fed dollars.

Had an ex like your Diane F. She too will be late for her own funeral. I, on the other hand, am always early. If I’m going to be late, I would just soon not go. The majority of our arguments were due to us running late. It’s just rude crude and socially unacceptable.

If the story, or parts of it, are true or not may be hard to determine, but out of the realm of possibility? Nope.
It just gobsmacks me every time I think about what has gone on in the last 8 years, during the campaign & even through Trump’s first year. Whoever would have thought that the sheer lawlessness that Omuslim & his administration engaged in could have occurred ... and been so ignored. Plane loads of cash on pallets going to Iran. Deserters being hailed as heroes. Americans, including a presidential candidate being spied upon. Deep State, FBI, DOJ, intelligence agencies colluding with Hilly’s campaign & when she lost, colluding to unseat a duly elected president and I’m mentioning the tip of the iceberg. It sounds like a novel, but it’s not.
Does Omuslim have secret compounds and millions if not billions stashed away? At this point, I’d probably bet money that he does.
Would Trump send Delta force on a raid like this? He’s got the stones to do it.
We’ll have to keep an eye out and see if this was a blip on the radar or if it reappears again ... either in whole or in part.

These Democrat deficit hawks are going to be surprised when Trump agrees with them and starts balancing the books. He is already taking chunks out of departments and will start seeing those shortfalls reverse.
Even with her big glasses she is not the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree.
I had to turn Fox off. Perrino plus three of the four panelists are anti-Trump including a stomach-turning Marie Harf who rationalized why Obama did not support the popular uprising in Iran in 2009. Obama was obsessed with negotiating a deal with Iran before he even took office. Everything he did in terms of foreign policy should be viewed thru that prism.

I agree with you completely. Though many people resent people who are late....these late people, they just don’t have a clue.
She does seem to try and fit more into a time span than is possible. For example, every choir practice if we chanced to go together, she’d spend maybe ten, fifteen minutes going through her pocketbook looking for....well I don’t know what. I had everything in order and left to make the practice on time.
Since the concept of walking in late to stuff is so horrifying to me, and I see you too....how can these people be so cavalier? She got furious with the choir director who told her that coming too late for pre-mass practice will keep her from singing. Why can’t she just arrive on time? We’re only talking 15 minutes here for God’s sake.
She quit the choir and I know it was because sooner or later she’d be late and have sit out the singing.
It’s like they know in advance that their life is built on lateness.
I just don’t get it.
No, he was trying to build a Mooslip Caliphate and everything should be viewed through that prism. Whenever a lib makes a statement always look 180 degrees to find the truth.
