MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) Alabama Democrat Doug Jones on Thursday will be officially declared the winner of a U.S. Senate race after a judge rejected Republican Roy Moore's last-ditch effort to stop the certification of Jones' historic upset in a deep-red state.
Montgomery Circuit Judge Johnny Hardwick denied Moore's request for a restraining order to stop Alabama's canvassing board from certifying Jones' victory on Thursday.
Alabama Secretary of State John Merrill said Jones will be certified as the winner of the Dec. 12 election on Thursday afternoon. He will be sworn in on Jan. 3.
A spokesman for Jones earlier called Moore's action a "desperate attempt ... to subvert the will of the people."
"The election is over. It's time to move on," Sam Coleman wrote in an email.
Jones defeated Moore by about 20,000 votes. Moore's campaign was deeply wounded by accusations of sexual misconduct involving teenage girls decades ago. Moore denied the accusations and said he has taken and passed a polygraph test to prove they are false.
Moore's attorney wrote in the wide-ranging complaint that he believed there were irregularities during the election, including that voters may have been brought in from other states. He attached a statement from a poll worker that she had noticed licenses from Georgia and North Carolina as people signed in to vote.
The complaint also noted the higher-than-expected turnout in the race, particularly in Jefferson County, and said Moore's numbers were suspiciously lower than straight-ticket Republican voting in about 20 Jefferson County precincts. The complaint asked for a fraud investigation and eventually a new election.

Judge Moore should focus on suing the Washington Post and subject those who accused him to a lie detector test, and move on from there. The election is over.

Khalfani Ahmed Hardwick Ah. So the "Judge" is a Black Muslim as well. He's the one who picked this name.
Clearly unbiased against Roy Moore, the Champion of Judeo-Christian codes.
Might as well be in Nigeria.

He should appeal this decision to the next higher court. This judge is a corrupt rat bastard.

Moore is right about the vote fraud. As always he will not be provided the opportunity to prove it. The greatest enablers of Vote fraud are right here on the conservative side by people who choose not to see the evidence that is right before there eyes.
Show us the evidence they say. There is evidence that things were not right. But without an extensive investigation then the kind of evidence they want will never be found. And that is exactly what the cheaters are counting on.
Our system is now designed to enable vote fraud, and protect it.

I'm telling you that
we're at the point that our FOUNDING FATHERS INTENDED FOR US TO EXERCISE OUR SECOND AMENDMENT RIGHTFOR WHAT IT WAS INTENDED IT TO BE USED FOR !
"A traitor is everyone who does not agree with me."

The United States Citizens KNOW that they're going to have to fight TYRANTS in their own government.
You can
not protect life, without
the ability to take life.
While you are WAITING for the police to respond, someone could be losing their life.
All people of a responsible age should be armed.
As
EternalVigilance reminded us:
The Second Amendment IS Pro-Life.
"Among the natural rights of the Colonists are these: First, a right to life;
Secondly, to liberty;
Thirdly, to property;together with the right to support and defend them in the best manner they can.
These are evident branches of, rather than deductions from, the duty of self-preservation,commonly called the first law of nature...In short, it is the greatest absurdity to suppose it in the power of one, or any number of men, at the entering into society,
to renounce their essential natural rights, or the means of preserving those rights; when the grand end of civil government, from the very nature of its institution,
is for the support, protection, and defence of those very rights;
the principal of which, as is before observed, are Life, Liberty, and Property.
If men, through fear, fraud, or mistake, should in terms renounce or give up any essential natural right,
the eternal law of reason and the grand end of society would absolutely vacate such renunciation.
The right to freedom being the gift of God Almighty,it is not in the power of man to alienate this gift
and voluntarily become a slave."

Let us NEVER FORGET THAT !
Let's subjugate them to OUR end game, DUST!
"COMPROMISE" is
a DIRTY word!
People who study the Bible know that
COMPROMISE almost always leads to destruction.
Remember:
The beauty of the Second Amendment is that it will not be needed until they TRY to take it.

The judge is sure to get a visit or an all out assault on himself from the PDS. They need to make an example out of this insolent SOB the way they did Alex Koskinen of the 9th Circuit. I bet they will.

Getting worked up over Judge Moore is not going anywhere.
If you have proof then give it to him. He sued and lost.

Judge Roy Moore HAS PROOF !
But the CORRUPT Judge Johnny Hardwick refused to hear it !
The Supreme Court of the United States had better hear AND RULE on it,
OR ELSE ... ALL HELL IS GOING TO BREAK LOOSE !

We will win the seat back in 2020.
This was an aberration, like the Republican being elected to the Senate in Mass. in the special election to fill Ted Kennedy's seat in 2009.

I wish the Alabama Secretary of State would file ethics complaints against every Congressman that condemned Roy Moore for illegal interfering with an election. Thats exactly what they were doing. I wish the FEC would hammer them with million dollar fines for interfering in the election process.

“Wasnt Roy Moore ON THE BALLOT? Why would there be write-in votes for him?”
That is exactly the case that should be argued and based on that all the Write-In Votes must be credited in the Moore tally.
