Trump broadside against the various "Foundations" that fund anti-american activities?
The Clinton Foundation?
George Soro's various foundations?
Due process? What’s that?

Do they get due process if they are not a citizen?
EO Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption
Is there an anecdote to help explain this laymen like?
My head spins when I try to translate legalese.
Sec. 7. For those persons whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order who might have a constitutional presence in the United States, I find that because of the ability to transfer funds or other assets instantaneously, prior notice to such persons of measures to be taken pursuant to this order would render those measures ineffectual. I therefore determine that for these measures to be effective in addressing the national emergency declared in this order, there need be no prior notice of a listing or determination made pursuant to this order.
Doesn’t look to be limited to non-citizens.
This needs the readers digest edition. Non-Lawyer friendly description of who what where and when.
At first glance though. This sounds YOUGE!!
Now I’m torn.
Take down the Clinton Foundation or give them due process?
DWS and her Pakistan crew? (DNC and the congress critters that they worked for)

My apologies. I searched for Executive Order in the title and nothing came up.
Basically the same poisonous “logic” behind civil forfeiture laws.
These powers existed under Obama. If you want to get rid of them, then just have Trump exercise them vigorously.
Agreed, I can’t make any sense of it.
Wow - this could really suck for people who faithfully rape children and mutilate who men.........
Watch out. The powers granted in these statutes could easily be politicized. Our concept of human rights is not the same as Obama’s. The next President could do a 180, labeling Republicans as human rights abusers if they criticize Islam or LGBT.
