Due process? What’s that?
Do they get due process if they are not a citizen?
Sec. 7. For those persons whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order who might have a constitutional presence in the United States, I find that because of the ability to transfer funds or other assets instantaneously, prior notice to such persons of measures to be taken pursuant to this order would render those measures ineffectual. I therefore determine that for these measures to be effective in addressing the national emergency declared in this order, there need be no prior notice of a listing or determination made pursuant to this order.
These powers existed under Obama. If you want to get rid of them, then just have Trump exercise them vigorously.
If I'm even close to identification of a half dozen (or more) really, REALLY big money types who could fall under any or all of these descriptions, there will be a mad rush for the nearest "friendly" Fed District Judge by whole legions of shysters to argue that point in 5....4....
Folks have been talking about The Big Ugly for the past three or four months.
This might just be the GO order.
(If it ain't, it's sure going to give somebody a world class migraine.)
Military tribunal is good enough for those scum. That’s more than they would give you.

Something not needed for foreign nationals:
I hereby declare a ^^national emergency^^ to deal with that threat.
Could you please elaborate on your point re: Due Process? While I generally approve of the thoughts behind this executive order, I see the potential for abuse esp. by a President and administration after President Trump. Would sincerely like to hear your thoughts, BenLurkin.
