President Donald Trump is scheduled to publicize his administration’s national security doctrine on Monday, two years after then-President Barack Obama released his own strategy document, which emphasized global warming as a major threat to global security.
The new doctrine, laid out in a 70-page document, includes significant departures from past American policy on the Middle East, including the Israeli-Arab conflict and the influence that conflict has had on Middle East stability.
According to the Associated Press, which obtained a draft of the new national security document, the president is expected to emphasize that Israel is not the cause of the Middle East crisis. Instead, the document singles out Iran and radical Islamic terror groups like ISIS as the root causes of regional strife.
“[F]or generations the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians has been understood as the prime irritant preventing peace and prosperity in the region,” the draft of the document obtained by the AP reads in part. “Today, the threats from radical jihadist terrorist organizations and the threat from Iran are creating the realization that Israel is not the cause of the region’s problems. States have increasingly found common interests with Israel in confronting common threats.”
The policy paper is slated to be released just two days ahead of Vice President Mike Pence’s trip to Israel. Pence is scheduled to visit the Western Wall Wednesday, and is expected to be escorted by a senior Israeli official, making it the first state visit by an American leader to the Old City of Jerusalem.

Of course it is all Israel’s fault. Only a Pro-Western, Democratic, Liberal, open, hi-tech, Capitalist, free market economy, freedom of worship, entrepreneuring, innovating, scientific, start up nation like Israel could upset the cesspool that are all her neighbors!

Since the Trump trip to Riyadh, the Arab coalition includes Israel as an ex officio member. The common existential threat is Iran and surrogates.

When I came up with my tag line, I had no idea just how accurate it would be. Obama is being wiped off the face of history (other than being ‘worst president in USA history) .... Trump is the one who will be remembered for doing great things.

This weekend I visited some family. They were talking about how Israel was behind all problems in the ME including Libya. Ugh, had to sit through some conspiracy stuff on Libya and so on. A lot of people refuse to see islam is the problem there.

I suppose some could say it’s courageous; I think Trump just has the good sense to be frank, incisive, call a spade a spade, and damn the torpedoes.
This is a monumental departure from the leftist strategy of the past 60 years of calling evil good at every turn until, at long last, a generation of kids pops out of high school thinking evil is hip, an oppressed victim of social injustice, deserving of popular support, and compensatory government benefits.
