“This woman and her AWFUL Mother need to see the inside of a prison cell!”
Um no.
The two of them need to see what six feet of dirt looks like.
Of course it does..because I live in LA Im VERY aware of those two stooges..they are the dirtiest and nastiest players in the game and they know how to play the game VERY VERY well..they have the media on their side so they could care less about anything else..its ALL about the far left agenda

So, not sure if this has been brought up before, but in theory, the recipient would need to claimthe forgiveness of debt or other consideration that exceeds $14k per year, per “donor” as income. I’m guessing that was a non-starter, but opens the recipient up to tax dodging status, no? Tax Attorney’s?
Well, her mother, Gloria Allred, did in Judge Roy Moore.
Where were the skeptics then?
If this isn’t California, or Oregon, or a few other blue states, this gal might lose her license to practice law.
barratry
n. creating legal business by stirring up disputes and quarrels, generally for the benefit of the lawyer who sees fees in the matter. Barratry is illegal in all states and subject to criminal punishment and/or discipline by the state bar, but there must be a showing that the resulting lawsuit was totally groundless. There is a lot of border-line barratry in which attorneys, in the name of being tough or protecting the client, fail to seek avenues for settlement of disputes or will not tell the client he/she has no legitimate claim.

That doesn’t sound shady or criminal at all. /s
Agreed.
