Not to be snarky, but maybe Deace should research and find on what grounds someone can file a complaint, and then file one himself.
She said she never asked. Well, that's her job. And as any good attorney will tell you...I don't like surprises.
She wasn't diligent and didn't do what an ordinary person should do.

But this is all BS....the real test of the case is her memory of an event which apparently never existed....and event designed to take down a political candidate. It was deliberate and with malice.

The ABA is an arm of the Demorat party.
She can run around calling herself "Nelson's attorney" in all these media appearances, and she may even have a formal engagement contract as Nelson's attorney, but from everything I've seen she's been nothing more than a PR hack for Nelson up to this point.

Better yet, Trump should introduce a bill to restrict judicial immunity, so judges can ‘own’ their bad decisions and be sued personally. That would give impetus to clean out the bad judges themselves.
