Congressman Jim Jordan (R-OH) grilled FBI director Christopher Wray Thursday morning. The conservative firebrand demanded Wray confirm whether or not Trump-hating FBI agent Peter Strzok applied for the FISA warrant to spy on Trump officials.

How big of Jimmy to slam someone that was newly appointed that hasn’t a thing to do with what has been ongoing. Why is he grandstanding before this guy!? Maybe Jimmy can grandstand when he gets the right people before the committee

Don’t believe for a second he would have brought that scenario up if it wasn’t true. A REAL shot across the bow. Not just for Wray but also for the Rats.

The Chair said they were interested in documents produced, and that they had relevant concerns... what I heard was suggestive, but not compelling. How many times has Congress been stonewalled by the agencies over the past few years? Given redacted, useless documents?

Just heard this on Hannity. Rep. Jordan is a great American.
Wray’s answers sounded like he wishing he could click his ruby shoes together, say, there’s no place like home, and get his office back at, King and Spaulding.
They haven’t been waiting. Guys like Nunes and Jordan have had to take the back door approach to find out what is/was going on and who’s involved. I know from first-hand knowledge that Devin Nunes was digging at least as early as May, but had to go to sources other than the FBI because he knew they wouldn’t cooperate willingly.
The IG has the goods. Just me, but they might be released this week after all this drama.
Since Wray is claiming the FISA warrant was”classified” Trump can declassify it and order Wray to produce it.
I get the feeling that Trump has a Trump card up his sleeve and that is why these swamp creatures are still being allowed to stay in place. When the SHTF we are going to see a lot of these creeps being sent to prison.
Jordan has it 100% correct, and if so, then this is Watergate to the infinite power.
Jordan should be the Attorney General.

consider Wray’s position here....he’s a Trump appointee. he’s waiting for the IG to wrap things up which is January?. He’s repeatedly said its best for an independent / non-FBI review. cant say I blame his approach. If he were to come in and blow the lid off, it would be viewed as simply rescuing Trump.

What a crock. Are you really criticizing Jordan for nailing Wray’s ass to the table?
It all happened before he got there.
If he goes in and starts tossing people out of the building, he’ll be labeled a hatchet man for the President and none of them were allowed due process. This way, they can commit fratricide and his hands and the Presidents hands are clean.
He said he couldn’t speak about ongoing investigations with the IG. Does anyone know anything about the IG? Who appointed him or Whatnot? I assume he’s also deep state.
