Today, the United States Supreme Court upheld the law. Specifically they decided that the travel ban, which we’ve written about often, instituted by President Trump can move forward. Via Legal Insurrection:
The Supreme Court will allow President Trump’s Third Travel Ord to take full effect, the Justices ruled in two Orders Monday afternoon staying lower court rulings enjoining the Travel Order
President Trump’s Third Travel Order restricted entry of nationals from Syria, Libya, Iran, Yemen, Chad, Somalia, North Korea and Venezuela.
Lower court rulings, specifically those from radical judges from Maryland and Hawaii, were stayed. You can read them here and here.
Interestingly, although Justices Ginsberg and Sotomayor ruled against; Justices Breyer and Kagan (an Obama appointee!) joined the other five in ruling in favor of the Trump Administration.

This is not enough. Congress should immediately begin impeachment proceedings against the pipsqueak local judges who tired to overrule on a nationwide basis, a legitimate Presidential order.
Congress? Impeach? Judges?

I know, it is so disheartening to see the constant language abuse.
The Supreme Court had to make a decision. Does the Constitution mean anything or not. In other words can judges over rule a President in the performance of his duties as outlined by both the Constitution and law?
To rule against the President meant that courts would set foreign policies not our elected officials.
The fact that two of them was willing to go that far shows they do not belong on the court.
Seems to me that all anyone from those countries would need to do is cross over to San Diego from TJ and repeat the phrase “No habla engles”. They’d be welcomed with MediCal, foodstamps, and preferential treatment.
