The FBI agent who was fired from Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation team for sending anti-Donald Trump text messages conducted the interviews with two Hillary Clinton aides accused of giving false statements about what they knew of the former secretary of state’s private email server.
Neither of the Clinton associates, Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin, faced legal consequences for their misleading statements, which they made in interviews last year with former FBI section chief Peter Strzok.

My understanding is that being “under oath” isn’t an issue. It’s considered very simple: talk to the FBI and lie and it’s a felony. That is: if they want it to be a felony.
Rules are different for Hillary.

Every last POS needs to be deposed under oath in front of a Grand Jury guided by a Special Prosecutor, and under oath in front of Congressional committees.
THen all miscreants can be prosecuted appropriately. And if they “plead the 5th” then nail them for what they’ve previously said and done. There must be plenty.

In this case, "it depends on what the meaning of the word 'server' means". Abedin told Strzok and Laufman (they're a tag team in all these matters) that she didn't even know what a server was, yet there are numerous e-mails wherein she's asking about the HRC e-mail server, etc.
The evidence is deep ... deep state.
Trump knows all this - these RATs have acted with arrogance in their lawlessness & hopefully it will be rectified. As I recall, Huma Abedin & Cheryl Mills also got some immunity from Obama DoJ - any such deals should now be declared null and void based on the corruption that's been uncovered!
