Never talk to the cops. They can legally lie to you, but not you to them, no matter how trivial the item.

What if he just said nothing?
Why do they talk?

So, as usual, charged with lying. Not surprising in Flynn’s case since he was fired for same. Maybe Mueller can wrap up his investigation by end of year?

Is that all you got Mueller? We already knew this. How much money did that one cost us, Clouseau?

Anytime law enforcement asks you a question, the response is the same: “I am anxious to help you with your inquiry but I cannot answer any or your questions until I have an opportunity to talk to my lawyer.”

I’ll bet HRC is breathing a sigh of relief, knowing she’s never told a lie to anyone.

Talk about miscarriage of justice! And in two instances, San Francisco and, of course, Washington DC.
Unbelievable..

There is no fairness or justice in this nation currently. The Kate Steinle verdict, and now this - among so many other things. Hillary lied over, and over, and over, and over again, but was never put under oath by the FBI - and was left to skate. Flynn probably committed either an error in judgment or an error in assessment regarding what he thought was pertinent in his testimony, and they go after him. We, as a nation, in the past several days, have allowed a 6x illegal immigrant to get away with shooting and killing a young woman in front of her father, and let a terrorist involved in the Benghazi murders essentially skate, but nonetheless pinned charges on Flynn.
Unless the ‘swamp’ is not only drained - but torched afterward, we have no legitimate path forward as a nation. The biggest pieces of scum are smugly entrenched, and they are the ones pointing fingers at everyone else.

A: Its the FBIs job to lie and they dont like competition.

I’m an attorney in civil practice, and I refer any criminal matters to criminal counsel. I do, however know the three most important rules for criminal defendants and suspects:
1. Don’t talk to the cops.
2. Don’t talk to the cops.
3. Don’t talk to the cops.

Well. Now I suppose the case is closed. Flynn must have claimed he had a white dog, when in fact it was a Yellow Lab. Now he should expect prison time,... UNLESS he can help the prosecutor get another head.

Did Flynn actually work for the Trump campaign? How long was hs in a the administration? A few weeks? How could he know anything about Trump/collusion?
