He’s pleading guilty.

Or they could go the Hillary route:

I really do not recall.

I have no memory of that incident.

I'm truly sorry, but I just do not remember

Sorry, but I must have forgotten that.

Repeat 53 more times

> Mueller is still on the warpath. <

Most folks here are talking like it’s now case-closed. But I agree with you. Mueller is Deep State. And the Deep State wants to take down Trump. There will be more to come.

no you don’t need a conviction to be pardoned.

Libtards across the nation - "It's a Merry Fitzmas today. Trump and Pence tomorrow".

Liberalism truly is a mental disorder and this nation can NEVER EVER see unity again. IMHO even another 911 could not bring us together, like it did back in Sep 2001 for a short time.

Flynn may have pled guilty to a relatively minor crime in exchange for talking about others, whether true or not. When they see what he says, they can then defer or bring action on more major counts such as the supposed failure to report the Turkish representation. I don’t trust the extremely ugly Mueller and his team of Hillary hacks as far as I could throw them.

That is not so.

Why isn’t this crime, any crime that came from warrants obtained with the Trump Dossier fruit of the poisonous tree.

I agree with you. Getting Mueller was just step #1. Now he can further pursue and justify his political inquisition.

Also note the timing. Same day that the Republican tax bill is supposed to be voted on in the senate. Just saying.

We are supposed to get excited about this why?

All Congress does is lie. Clinton committed perjury on national television and got off. Our law means nothing because it is applied unequally.

All this does is nauseate me watching blatant, brazen hypocrisy in action...while being fed to the masses (by the same hypocrites) most of whom are too stupid to see it.

I hope Trump issues him a pardon this afternoon.

I don't think there can be a pardon after pleading guilty. I don't think that Trump would pardon him anyway because Flynn lied to Pence. It seems that Trump will back up a supporter/employee for a variety of missteps, but not for lying.

Never talk to the cops. They can legally lie to you, but not you to them, no matter how trivial the item.

Unless you are Hillary Clinton. In that case, they don't record the interview or take notes, to minimize the risk.

*************

There have been profound demographic and cultural changes in this country in recent years that are irreversable. The ideological differences now separate us like a geographical continental divide.

The United States has become an oxymoron.

They try to smear Flynn by linking him to Trump, but the truth is that he worked for Obama for a much loner time than he worked for Trump. Obama nomintaed him to be Director of Defense Intelligence Agency, you know, one of those 17 intelligence organizations.

CNN is crowing that Flynn pleading guilty to this is the start of Trump’s impeachment since Trump will be implicated in something bad.

Won’t happen with Sessions at DOJ. He needs to go and/or appoint special prosecutors, like done with Mueller, to separate investigation and prosecution from politics.

Mueller manufactured a process crime ala Scooter Libby!

I really had a feeling this was going to happen. They have nothing to prosecute so they have to create idiotic process crimes to justify their existence.

It is time for Congress to shut Mueller down and maybe prosecute him for his involvement in the Uranium One crime.
