They ‘fiddle’ around with useless crap while the ‘world’ is burning around them.
Even though I am an anal, sarcastic, sardonic type, I like to think that 96.3% employed sounds a whole lot better than 3.7% unemployed.
Kind of like asking why do the Gas Cos/Govt still charge the .9 per gallon.

2.329 per gallon is NOT 2.32 it is, in essence 2.33 per gallon yet try to convince anyone (BUT me and the person I am talking to) different.
Like when ME and one other person talk about driving in the snow. (WE are the ONLY two people in the world that can drive in the snow, AND I am not so sure about ‘the other guy).
