A federal judge in Maryland issued a second order on Tuesday blocking President Trump from implementing his ban on transgender military service.
The preliminary injunction was granted to a group of active-duty transgender troops who sued Trump and top military officials in August. For now, it bars the Pentagon and Coast Guard from implementing or enforcing Trump’s August guidance aimed at rolling back the Obama administration’s policy of allowing open service and medical care for transgender troops.

We spend billions on political campaigns to elect people to high office as our representatives.
Their jobs are to run the country in accordance with the constitution for us.
Then we watch as appointed nobodies that few ever heard of dictate how the country must be run.

Wow. A single individual can overrule the executive branch. I understand the balance of power idea but when there are thousands of “individuals” each with differing opinions from the president, those individuals can lock down all decisions that the president can make.
Not exactly balance of power and it seems that the Judicial branch has too much power.
There is no constitutional reason for this judges’ decision, and, therefore, Trump should ignore this decision and move on transgender military ban. Any unconstitutional federal court ruling on a federal question should be considered null and void.
Did the foundnig fathes specify and courts lower than the supreme court and of course frail trial?
Did they ever dream of circuit courts and judge finding?

Trump should double down, if he can.
Can somebody who read the judge’s rationale help me understand this ruling? Transvestites were already barred from serving. Obama signs an order saying they can serve Jan 1 2018 if I read correctly. Trump decides that order is bad and strikes it. There is no law passed by congress here. Thus it’s just one executive order overturning another executive order. What’s the court have to do with this in the first place, I mean what is their jurisdiction?
This will be unblocked because these people are mentally ill, They don’t understand that they cannot change their Chromosome. God makes one a male or female. Man doesn’t change what God made. Man pretends to change but no change occurs what so ever. Thus people who fantasize their sex has changed are deranged and mentally ill. We don’t want them in the military near weapons that can kill. There is no such thing as “transgender”.It is just a delusional sickness of the brain at the psychotic level. It can be treated and was successfully for decades with electrical shock.
Time to go against our ‘higher’ principles and put some activists conservative judges on the bench... might be the only way for liberals to understand two can play that game... Lecturing them, talking to them, pleading - - none of it works...
Better solution: Impeach, convict, and remove these leftist judges and then indict, tried, convict, and sentence these leftist judges for giving aid and comfort ot the enemy.

American judges don’t need a reason to make law. As judge dread says, “They are the law”. When a liberal prats on about the rule of law, what they actually mean is the rule of judges making law.
President Trump would never do this.
By the time this gets to the SC, there will be more faggots and freaks joining the military. Shut it down now and remove the judge.
Somehow I doubt the Founding Fathers envisioned judges deciding military policy.
Clinton, Bush, and Obama have stuffed the judiciary full of demon judges.
