The former director of the Office of Government Ethics filed a complaint with a federal watchdog over White House counselor Kellyanne Conway's comments on the Alabama Senate race, saying Conway could have violated a law that forbids federal employees from using their positions for political purposes.

Where is Shaub’s complaint against McCabe of the FBI who not only campaigned for his wife, but did some of it on FBI letterhead. And why not one against Comey who apparently knew about McCabe’s actions and did nothing. These people are pathetic.
How many federal employees (meaning in or formerly in a federal job, but not elected) have made comments about Roy Moore?

Look it up. It's in the law and of course such speech is protected by the Constitution.

Like when Lois Lerner used her position to sic the IRS on people and groups she wanted to crush, and the Obama administration shut that down PRONTO!
They tried to get her on ethics violations when she was on Fox & Friends & told the viewers to go buy Ivank's products when Nordstrom's announced they would no longer carry her products. That one went no where as will this one. Because she didn't tout one candidate over the other, but rather told what could be expected on important legislation.
