During an interview on Andy Cohen’s satellite radio show Radio Andy, actress Melissa Gilbert claimed that director Oliver Stone sexually harassed her during an audition for his 1991 film The Doors.
At first, Gilbert told her story without naming any names. She kept the accusations very anonymous saying that she was humiliated during an audition because she had “embarrassed him in a social situation.” Gilbert ended up running out of the room crying.
“I’m actually sitting here telling you this story, afraid to say his name, because I’m worried about backlash,” she said in the interview. After being reluctant she eventually said, “Oh X it! It was Oliver Stone, and it was The Doors.”

Oliver Stone should be sent up river for producing the movie, SALVADOR. It was commie up one side and down the other.
Wasn’t she the President of the Screen Actors Guild or something?
Seems like that would have been a big enough platform for her to come out with this years ago

Stone “embarrassed” her during an audition. That’s it? Being embarrassed is sexual harassment? I thought he had done something wrong, like touching her Half Pint.

Not even close. The next wave of allegations will be discrimination: My boss sexually harassed my co-worker, but he never gave me the time of day. Not fair!!!
