While most of the focus is on the media's shiny object, Judge Roy Moore and the contentious senate race in Alabama, a very dangerous statement has been tossed out by Colorado Sen. Cory Gardner, chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee. With the support of Senators Jeff Flake of Arizona and Todd Young of Indiana, Gardner has put forth the idea that if Judge Roy Moore wins the election in Alabama the senate should expel him because he does not meet the moral and ethical standards of the senate.

Wow - is there a link to that, to those comments? I’d love to reuse them.
If a senator is not seated over obviously false accusations, he can sue all the way to the SC.
Hell, he could just switch his party affiliation to Democrat and he'd be fine.
Yep, they get away with insider trading on the stock market regularly and get rich off of it.
anyone who DOES “meet the moral and ethical standards of the senate” should be sent to prison immediately~!
I may have overstepped when I used the exact word I did because there is o exact quote but his engagement and fighting back can be construed as saying "put up or shut up".
Apologize if I misled you but unlike Dan Rather and Gloria Allred ("It's fake but true"), style, he's outright saying it's fake/manufactured.
Check out my profile page to see why the Alabama media is trying to destroy Judge Roy Moore.

It would be impossible for anyone to sink as low as members of the Senate. That comment is todays laugher.
You know, if Moore wins, the fallout from his election could prove more pivotal to the future of the country in general and the GOP in particular than the circumstances of Trump's election.
“expel him because he does not meet the moral and ethical standards of the senate”
Bring it ON!!
What a great opportunity to drain the swamp.
The first thing to do will be to release all the names of congressmen and senators that have ‘settled’ sexual assaults with the $15 Million hush fund. My understanding is that a few of the victims were under aged.
Then compare Moore’s allegations to actual acts of members of congress and see if he meets or exceeds the standards established by them.
That is a big laugh. What do the criminal losers in the senate know about standards? Most are hiding much in their bulging closets.
Add Tim Scott and Joni Ernst to the list of RINOs calling for Moore to withdraw.
Once he’s IN, he’s in until the next election (according to Judge Napolitano)

The Senate has no moral and ethical standards.
That noted, if Moore wins, resigns, and is replaced by Brooks, the MAGA agenda will be advanced.
As I write this Katie Pavlich and Melissa Francis throwing Moore overboard. Its really hard to watch Fox anymore. Theyre just a less liberal version of CNN.
My thought, too.
We need the transparency that Barack and Nancy promised us, now, to know who in our great US Congress besmirched that great institution through debauchery that was legally recorded and resulted in cash settlements to their victims.
We need those names NOW.
Yea replace Moore with Brooks, a man he beat by 40%.
"The SWAMP" keeps on identifying and offering up it's own for cleansing :
Colorado Sen. Cory Gardner, chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee
Senators Jeff Flake of Arizona
Todd Young of Indiana
Mc Turtle, himself !
The Senate has standards ? Who knew ?
Maybe they could give up the names of those from both parties who were named in the Sexual Misconduct fund,
to the tune of $15 Million dollars .
Someone has to have gotten receipts for those expenditures !
Ernst is on there, Scott just added himself.
